The children from 4th, 5th and 6th Class went to Tayto Park in Meath on Friday the 17th of June. It was a very memorable day and the children had a brilliant time.

We visited the zoo where we saw a variety of animals from Khan the Amur Tiger to very cute Meerkats (some children wanted to bring them home😁). The children and teachers were very brave to take to the skies on the many many adventure seeking rides Tayto Park has to offer… from the Rotator to the one and only CΓΊ Chulainn (very very scary 😨).

The children were absolutely amazing and loved every minute of the day (well maybe except the 60 seconds on CΓΊ Chulainn πŸ™ˆ).

Exploring The Galapagos Islands https://cloonliffen.com/2022/04/04/exploring-the-galapagos-islands/ Mon, 04 Apr 2022 19:47:25 +0000 https://cloonliffen.com/?p=510 The Senior Room have been exploring the Galapagos Islands. From Marine & Land Iguanas to active volcanos. The children completed fantastic research projects on the history, geography and science of the islands.

The children used their creativity and imagination to make these fantastic Marine/Land Iguana, pink Iguana & Lava Lizard eyes 🦎 . They used polymer clay in a variety of colours and baked them in the oven to harden them.
